The Republic of Rwanda after Territorial Reform has now 4 Provinces and The Kigali City, 30 Districts and 416 Sectors. On 24 th to 25 th July 2006, a meeting will be held at Prime Holdings near the Prime Minister’s office on the evaluation of Districts performance contract signed by the Mayors of Kigali City Council and His Excellency President of the Republic of Rwanda.
