The Minister of State in Charge of Social Affairs and Social Protection in the Ministry of Local Government, Dr. MUKABARAMBA Alvera visited Rusororo VUP Public Work activities to assess its progress and social-economic impact. She urged beneficiaries to embrace financial saving culture for self-reliance and sustainable development.

Over 400 residents in Rusororo Sector are employed under the public works component of the Vision 2020 Umurenge Program (VUP). The aim is to ensure migration and graduation from extreme poverty.
