Switzerland
Two protocols were signed: one which was signed the 13.04.2005 by the MINALOC and the DDC concerning the total financing of Program Peace and Decentralization in the Province of Kibuye in 2005, the other specific one signed on June 29, 2005 between the DDC, TULUM and CDF concerning the financing of 600.000 CHF including 500.000 CHF projects of Districts and Provincial town of Kibuye and 100.000 CHF for the institutional support to the CDF.

FENU

The FENU was committed pouring a financial contribution with the CDF which amounts to 4.320.000 USS to finance the investments of Districts and Provincial town of Byumba through the Project of Support with Community development of the Province of Byumba for one four years duration. After the opening of the accounts on the level of the CDF and with level of Districts/Ville of the Province of Byumba, the CDF was addressed to FENU and this one spent the funds of the first year equivalant with 10% financing.

Kingdom of the Netherlands
A draft-agreement was signed on March 15, 2005 by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Rwanda, the MINECOFIN and the MINALOC within the framework of the Support to the implementation of the Program quinquinal of Decentralization (NL-DIP). The amount of the financing amounts to 27.000.000 Euros. One specific arrangement enters the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Rwanda and the CDF was signed on July 05, 2005.

European Commission
The CDF, in collaboration with the Delegation of the European Commission, worked out a estimate-program to make start at the beginning of July 2005 acticvities of the Decentralized Programme of Reduction of the Rural Poverty (PDRPR) which will cover the Districts and Cities of the Provinces of Kigali Ngali and Kibungo as well as the rural Districts of the Town of Kigali. It was added the District of Nyamirambo to carry out alteration work of the gully of Mpazi.The estimate-program was signed on July 11, 2005.

KFW
A delegation of KFW paid a visit in Rwanda of 07 to May 13, 2005 within the framework of the preparation of the agreements of financing. With the exit of the mission, the protocol of financing was signed by KFW and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and of the Co-operation.

Canada
Canada authorized a financing of 1.500.000 #Can for to set up a Center of formation HIMO. A consultant already produced sound report/ratio of feasibility.
