The Unity in charge of general services and support services is one of the most important department in MINALOC. It is called "Unité Finance et Gestion des Ressources Internes (UFGRI)". It is responsible for ensuring the functioning and progress of other Unities in the ministry and coordinating other activities related to Good Governance, Community Development and Social Affairst. This desk is responsible for assisting other services in the Ministry and authorities in provinces, the city of Kigali, districts and cities by advising them on issues related to legislation and by representing them in court when necessary. It has two main sections:
1 The legislation section which gives legal advice in the preparation of MINALOC projects.
2 The litigation section which assists other services in finding solutions to legal issues raised by the population by giving them appropriate (...)
