New Minister of Local Government Patrice Mugenzi takes office
A handover ceremony between outgoing Minister of Local Government Hon. Musabyimana Jean Claude and incoming Minister Patrice Mugenzi was held today at MINALOC.
The function was attended by Governors, Mayor of Kigali, Director Generals of affiliated agencies and Directorate Generals of MINALOC Departments.
